We're seeking a dedicated Hospitalist to join a collegial, well supported hospital medicine team in Midland, Michigan. This role offers a stable 7 on/7 off schedule, strong subspecialty collaboration, and the opportunity to practice inpatient medicine in a vibrant, family friendly community known for exceptional quality of life.

Highlights:

• Full time Hospital Medicine opportunity within a respected, growing program
• 7 on/7 off rotating schedule (days, afternoons, nights)
• Census rounding of 1618 patients and 1520 admissions
• Closed ICU with strong subspecialty support and collegiality
• Responsibilities include medical management of patients, admissions, H&Ps, rapid response participation, consultations, and general inpatient care
• Excellent opportunity for a physician interested in helping expand and strengthen the hospital medicine program
• Highly competitive compensation plan with base salary + metric based bonus structure
