Total compensation potential increases based on site performance, membership growth, and operational results.Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and hands-on General Manager to lead operations at a high-volume express tunnel car wash. This role is responsible for overall site performance including operations management, team leadership, customer experience, membership sales growth, and financial results. The General Manager will lead a team of approximately 10 to 15 employees while creating a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service.This position is ideal for a strong operations leader with experience in car wash management, retail management, service management, hospitality management, or high-volume customer service environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ManagementOversee daily operations of the express tunnel car wash to ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality serviceMonitor tunnel equipment performance and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional facility including wash tunnel, equipment rooms, and property groundsEnsure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and environmental guidelinesTeam LeadershipRecruit, hire, train, and develop a team of approximately 10 to 15 employeesCreate a strong team culture that emphasizes performance, accountability, and customer serviceProvide coaching, performance feedback, and leadership development for staffSchedule and manage labor to support operational efficiency and service levelsCustomer ExperienceDeliver a consistently exceptional guest experience through friendly, efficient serviceHandle customer concerns and feedback quickly and professionallyLead by example on the wash line and set clear expectations for service qualityFinancial and Business PerformanceDrive site performance to meet or exceed revenue, membership, and profitability targetsManage key performance indicators including sales, labor costs, membership growth, and customer satisfactionOversee daily cash handling, deposits, and transaction accuracyIdentify opportunities to increase membership sales, retention, and trafficQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of leadership experience in car wash management, retail management, service management, hospitality management, or similar operations leadership rolesProven ability to lead teams and drive business performanceStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a hands-on operational role including equipment checks and facility upkeepStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidaysValid driver’s license requiredBackground check and drug screening may be required based on state guidelinesPhysical and Work Environment RequirementsAbility to stand and move continuously for extended periods up to 8 to 10 hours per shiftFrequent bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing, crouching, and lifting requiredAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularlyComfortable working in outdoor weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and humidityRegular exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, noise, and moving mechanical equipmentAbility to communicate clearly and respond quickly to safety or operational concerns in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsCompetitive compensation including salary, bonus opportunities, and profit-sharingPaid time off based on company policyOpportunities for leadership growth, training, and advancement within the companyOur mission at Sud Daddee'z is simple: create an experience that reliably meets each customer’s needs and exceeds expectations in a welcoming, comfortable environment.
