Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions, while meeting departmental objectives.
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals and techniques.
