Transactional Accounting Specialist II
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of accounting, accounts payable, or vendor management experience
Intermediate to strong excel skills - pivot tables and macros
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and/or previous experience as an analyst
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting SLAs and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and OneNote
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Experience with vendor onboarding and master data management
Continuous improvement or process optimization experience
ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
Shared services or large corporate accounting environment experience
Experience handling escalations and complex vendor issues
Job Description:
Process new vendor registrations and vendor change requests through multiple intake channels
Execute a high volume of vendor onboarding transactions and related email correspondence
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX requirements
Analyze and resolve complex vendor registration and maintenance issues
Respond to vendor and internal customer inquiries professionally and within SLA requirements
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Escalate concerns and unresolved issues to management as appropriate
Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting departmental productivity goals
Support additional accounting and operational tasks as assigned by leadership
