Senior Construction Project Manager - Infrastructure Delivery

Department: Construction/Civil Engineering Compensation: Full-Time Salary Position (Exempt) Job Summary: Lowe Engineers is seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in construction management, client coordination, and team oversight within infrastructure or civil projects. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion and closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Monitor project progress and address issues to maintain schedule and budget
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates
• Support business development efforts, including client meetings and proposal input

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in infrastructure or civil projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods
• Experience with scheduling and budgeting tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
• Familiarity with local and state regulations and standards (e.g., GDOT preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or PE preferred
• Experience with municipal or public-sector projects
• Knowledge of construction inspection and field coordination practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
