Now Hiring: 1st Shift Material Handler – $22.50/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Kelly is seeking energetic candidates to join the Builds department—the largest and most dynamic team at our client’s Sterling, VA site. This is your chance to grow, learn, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment, with the potential to become a permanent member of the core team!What You’ll Do:

• Power Through Physical Work: Lift up to 40 lbs overhead and move BIG materials (1,100 lbs+) using Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Stay Active: Expect to stand, twist, kneel, and move for 8+ hours each day
• Master Multitasking: Handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and organization
• Keep Materials Moving: Manage outgoing used materials from the data center and follow reverse logistics procedures
• Embrace Technology: Use laptops and learn new systems to keep inventory flowing
