Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams Desirable Requirements: Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering CompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. You’ll be exposed to all aspects of hardware and systems engineering working closely with firmware, mechanical, power and thermal engineers. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a team of highly skilled engineers providing both support and guidance. You will: Work with Product Management and Marketing to fine-tune requirements Lead a cross functional engineering team to create a concept that meets those requirements Be responsible for delivering a project architecture and concept to include feasibility studies, defining architecture, SI constraints, Electronic Computer-Aided Design (ECAD) and Mechanical Computer-Aided Design (MCAD) guidance and documenting key risks; the work will be handed over to a development team Author and coordinate the creation of concept specifications and design guides Use excellent communication skills to discuss requirements and provide technology updates to multiple Dell EMC product groups and development teams Full timePosting Date: 2026-07-23
