Tax Manager

What You'll Do Manage tax engagements from planning through completion for a diverse client base. Review complex individual, partnership, S-Corporation, C-Corporation, fiduciary, and nonprofit tax returns. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing proactive tax planning and consulting services. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional client service. Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and senior accountants. Review workpapers, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Assist with workflow management, scheduling, and engagement planning. Stay current on federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the tax department through leadership and collaboration.
