This role involves providing direct patient care on a 68-bed surgical unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs according to nursing standards. Key responsibilities promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients on managing their illness, participating in safety and quality initiatives, developing and documenting individualized care plans, and assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs. Qualifications require an RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree . Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 2 years of experience . No supervisory experience is necessary.
