Job Description

Drive client success through strategic marketing execution, consultative partnership, and exceptional service delivery.

The Client Manager II serves as a trusted advisor to financial institution clients, helping transform business goals into impactful marketing programs and measurable results. This role combines client relationship management, digital marketing expertise, and project leadership to ensure successful campaign execution while building long-term client partnerships.

We're looking for a client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong agency or client-services experience, and has a passion for digital marketing, problem-solving, and helping clients grow.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of financial institution clients, serving as their primary day-to-day contact.
• Consult with clients on marketing strategies, campaign planning, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and with accuracy.
• Translate campaign performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Drive projects forward by coordinating stakeholders, managing priorities, and maintaining clear communication.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, agency, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience working in a marketing agency, digital agency, advertising agency, or similar fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience supporting financial institutions or highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000

Position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive program
