Job Title

Position Summary: As a member of our produce team, you'll ensure the availability, cleanliness, and freshness of the produce that members and their families eat. You will be in the front-lines of customer service, making a difference by enhancing the member's shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club
Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner
Maintain inventory to prevent out of stock and over-stock products

What You'll Do:

Be a team member by collaborating with cross functional teams and helping educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
Be an expert by understanding the processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise
Be a techie by leveraging digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
Be an owner by driving the performance of the area and ensuring quality and date control standards
Be a talent ambassador by valuing the member's experience and modeling high quality service and products
