About This Role The Staff Nurse at Mass General Brigham is responsible for planning and providing patient care for assigned patients, demonstrating clinical skills and initiative in managing complex patient needs. Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift Pay: $41.71 - $105.65/Hourly What You'll Do Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for specific assignments. Set priorities when organizing care for patients with varying acuity. Maintain continuity through clear communication. Document patient care in compliance with nursing standards. Develop comprehensive plans of care and educational plans for patients and families. Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and revise as needed. Provide a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Administer medication safely according to established policies. Collaborate with other disciplines and uphold the A.N.A. code of ethics. Participate in unit-based quality management and improvement programs.
