Anesthesia Technician - Providence Alaska Medical Center Providence Health and Services, Anchorage, AK Full Time, 36 hours per week, Variable Shift (0.9 FTE) Description Under supervision, the Anesthesia Technician supports anesthesiologists and other members of the patient care team. The role functions as the operational expert in all aspects of anesthesia equipment and duties, providing leadership and modeling correct performance standards. Responsibilities include direction, training, and oversight of other anesthesia assistant staff. Required Qualifications National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) upon hire. At least 1 year of experience assisting with anesthesia care. Experience cleaning, stocking, testing, calibrating, and troubleshooting anesthesia equipment.
