FP&A Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, mentor a team, and be a true strategic partner to operations—all while driving the insights that keep our facilities thriving. On‑Site/hybrid | Montebello, CA What You’ll Do Lead budgeting and forecasting across all facilities, partnering with operations leadership to set performance targets Mentor a team of analysts and drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth Build and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and KPIs that guide data‑driven decisions Present monthly performance reviews to executive and operational leaders, translating numbers into action Identify and implement process improvements and automation to elevate the FP&A function What You Bring Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Must have: 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, ideally in healthcare or multi‑site operations Must have: Prior experience managing or mentoring a team Must have: Deep understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and their interrelationships Must have: Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong budgeting and forecasting knowledge Must have: Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to build cross‑functional relationships Nice to have: Experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or healthcare services Nice to have: Background leading process improvement and automation projects Who We Are.
