Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Train and supervise retail sales associates
Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training and development
Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels
Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Promote products and services to maximize sales opportunities
