Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday or E/O Weekend
Shift Hours: 07:00 AM 07:00 PM
MUST have LVN license in order to apply with OVER ONE YEAR of experience .
Maxim Healthcare in Clovis, CA is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with an patient who is dependent on G tube, trach and Ventilator.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
