Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented team.

Location(s): San Francisco, CA Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• No weekends.

Duration:

• Initially 8 weeks to cover a leave of absence (LOA); extension is possible.

Job Duties:

• Provide back-office administrative support for the clinic.
• Support daily clinic operations and administrative activities.
• Handle approximately 10–20 patient calls per day.
• Provide professional and responsive patient/customer service.
• Perform duties with accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability.
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner.
• Work effectively with the clinic team and assist with resolving issues as needed.

Required Experience:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience

Additional Requirements:

• APeX training/experience is required. Non-APeX-trained candidates will not be considered.
• Full medicals are required for all candidates, whether the position is onsite, hybrid, or remote.
• This position is not expected to convert to permanent; it is intended to cover an employee on LOA.
