The company is still in the early stages of its growth and is backed by leading venture capital firms, giving engineers the opportunity to have a direct impact on the product and technical direction.As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll join a small, high-velocity engineering team responsible for building the core experiences that power the platform. You'll ship production features from day one, working closely with the CTO and Senior Engineer to build partner-facing dashboards, consumer experiences, internal tools, and the infrastructure connecting them. While you'll work across the stack, this role is particularly frontend-focused, making strong React and TypeScript experience essential.You'll also work at the intersection of software engineering and modern AI development. The team uses AI-native development tools and agentic frameworks throughout the engineering workflow, including Claude Code and MCP, and is building AI-powered features directly into the product. You'll have the opportunity to work with a modern technology stack, contribute across frontend and backend systems, and take meaningful ownership over features while receiving direct feedback from experienced engineers.This is an ideal opportunity for an engineer with 2–4 years of experience who wants to accelerate their growth in a startup environment. You'll have significant autonomy, minimal meetings, direct exposure to founders and technical leadership, and the opportunity to develop the skills and experience needed to grow into a senior engineer.
