This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary softwareNegotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimateSchedule, coordinate and oversee Project Managers, crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractorsReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesManage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assetsAdditional Responsibilities:Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsProvide priority response to potential customersParticipate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammatesPosition Requirements:3 - 5+ years of experience in Project Management or EstimatingXactimate and DASH experience preferredExperience working in the restoration field, with preference in disaster reliefValid driver's licenseHigh school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferredIICRC certifications strongly preferredWilling to travel extensivelySkills/Physical Demands/Competencies:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawCompensation: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
