Employee Experience Specialist

COMPENSATION: $24-$27/hr DOE

STATUS: Full-Time, W2 employee

SCHEDULE: M-F 8am to 5pm

LOCATION: Anchorage , AK
The Mission

Employee Engagement & IT Support Specialist, you'll keep Ancora's day-to-day tech running smoothly while helping employees feel heard, supported, and set up for success. This entry-level, onsite role exists to remove friction-so clinicians and teams can focus on care.

Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and support company software; troubleshoot access issues and data swipes
- Set up EMR access for new hires; configure Microsoft Office logins and provide basic training
- Coordinate fleet operations for company vehicles
- Assist with Employee Engagement activities such as quarterly activities, annual outings, monthly meetings, and general employee experience efforts

Required skills/experience:
- Tech-savvy with a service-first mindset
- Strong customer service and communication
- EMR experience is a plus

Based onsite in our Wasilla office, you'll keep the day running smoothly for teams across the organization. You might begin by reviewing technology requests-resetting access, helping new teammates get fully connected, and making everyday tools feel simple and stress-free. Throughout the day, you'll coordinate vehicle availability and address fleet needs before they slow anyone down. You'll also help build an engaging workplace by planning team outings, supporting quarterly award ceremonies, and organizing and facilitating annual events. Each day ends with a well-managed queue and the rewarding sense that your work has helped the entire operation move forward.
