Dog Handler

Kennel Technician Opportunity

Join the dedicated team at Kim's K-9 in Kentwood, where you'll work directly with dogs in a nurturing environment that embodies our core values of Dignity, Integrity, and Growth. As a Kennel Technician, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the dogs we care for and their owners, all while advancing your professional journey. Our community is built on valuing every team member's contributions and fostering an atmosphere of support and collaboration. If you're passionate about animals and excited to be part of a positive, dynamic team, we invite you to take the next step.

In this role, you'll be essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and enriching space for our canine companions. Your focus on teamwork and communication will ensure each dog receives the highest standard of care and attention. We offer full-time and part-time schedules with consistent hours, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Ten-hour days mean more days off every week, and a set schedule means you can plan ahead and enjoy your life outside of work just as much as you enjoy this job! Please note that we do not hire seasonally - we are looking for team members who are committed to sticking around for a minimum of 2 years at a job they love!

Enjoy benefits like free pet daycare, paid time off, and a supportive company culture. Ready to join us? Submit your resume, complete the DISC test, and consider including a brief cover letter to begin your journey with Kim's K-9. A cover letter does make your application stand out, as we get many applicants each week!
