Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a skilled Home Infusion Pharmacist dedicated to delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care in a direct hire position. The role offers a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life routine.

Responsibilities:
- Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Communicate directly with patients to address questions and provide necessary information related to their treatment.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Proven experience working in hospital settings and home infusion pharmacy.
- Hands-on experience with IV compounding.
- Current, valid Ohio pharmacist license.
