Licensed Child Therapist

About the Position Ellie Mental Health is expanding across South Florida and seeks licensed mental health clinicians (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our clinic in Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding areas. The role is primarily in-person with flexibility for some remote work through a blended in-person and telehealth model. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups (CBT, ACT, MI, etc.) Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, families, and community partners Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and community outreach Maintain required caseloads (Full-Time: 25 client visits/week; Part-Time: 12 visits/week) Other duties as assigned Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field Active Florida licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) Multicultural competence and strong communication skills Ability to complete documentation efficiently Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus) Spanish-speaking a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation ranging from $57 to $62 per session ($69,000–$83,000 per year) for full-time roles Health insurance, PTO, and paid holidays Flexible full-time or part-time schedules (days, evenings, weekends) Blended in-person and telehealth service model CEU stipend, paid licensure renewal, and supervisor training opportunities Malpractice insurance included Supportive, modern office environment Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Dental insurance We offer a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive environment with centralized administrative support, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
