HVAC Service Technician

Pay Range: $25–$40 per hour (based on experience) Additional performance opportunities may be available

Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, and service-related issues

Accurately document all service work and client communications

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems

Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment

Run service calls and repair or replace parts as needed

Communicate system conditions, recommended repairs, and maintenance needs clearly to customers

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience

Familiarity with ServiceTitan and/or Nexstar (preferred)

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

EPA Certification (required)

Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $25.00/Hr.
