Where You’ll Make a Difference Developscalable liquid formulations and delivery systems for enzyme products Lead formulation development from experimental design and lab‑scale execution throughscale‑up and production transfer Use scientific principles to develop, optimize, and improve enzyme formulations Apply Design of Experiments, data analytics, and AI‑enabled tools to accelerate development and generate insights Communicate findings through reports, dashboards, and technical presentations Partner with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams to deliver business results. Resolve formulation and process challenges from lab scale through production Support documentation, regulatory activities, and knowledge sharing What Makes You the Right Fit MS with 3+ years or BS with 5+ years in formulation science, biochemistry, or related field Hands‑on experience developing lab‑scale liquid formulations, with a proven track record of scaling processes to larger volumes; experience with enzymes, proteins, or biologics preferred Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, and troubleshoot experiments Solid understanding of the scientific principles governing enzyme and enzyme‑mixture stability, including failure‑mode analysis and inactivation mechanisms.
