Accounting Associate

Fiscal Associate IIThis position is with the Office of the Secretary – Administration supporting the Division for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities at Eleanore Cain Center and reports to the Fiscal Advisor II of the Patient Finance section. This position is needed to process insurance reimbursements and credentialling for healthcare contractors and MCO companies. This includes submitting & collection claims, billing, reconciling and resolving discrepancies. They also complete prior authorizations, close out resident cases, post payments in the Medical Records system, track revenue and complete required financial reports. They will also assist the Fiscal Advisor II when needed/requested.
