Your Role: Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across cross-functional engineering teams. Define scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and success metrics to ensure on-time execution. Develop and maintain project plans, status dashboards, and executive-level reporting. Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and successful outcomes. Facilitate program reviews, stakeholder communications, and leadership updates. Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives to enhance program execution and delivery performance. Location: Palo Alto, California About the job you’re considering: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution and delivery. The TPM will work closely with engineering, product management, customers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful program execution, risk mitigation Your Skills and Experience: Good communication skills. Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. 8+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in Technical Program Management. Proven experience managing large-scale software, hardware, semiconductor, embedded, cloud, or platform development programs. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing geographically distributed teams. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150- 174,000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
