Digital Advertising Coordinator

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE The Digital Advertising Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts to ensure smooth operations and effective campaign execution. Graphic production of all marketing materials such as sales flyers and brochures (both digital and in print) using Adobe Creative Suite. Development and coordination of company artwork and related images. Production and maintenance of truck equipment photo library and video. Content development and maintenance of company websites and social media pages. Content development and maintenance of company estore for truck equipment parts & accessories. Development of marketing‑related presentations. Campaign support and coordination. Leading and supporting targeted marketing and sales campaigns. Product launch support: assisting the sales team and other departments with new product launches and associated material/content required for those launches. Sales support: assisting in day‑to‑day needs and requests of the sales team. Other duties as assigned. WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Previous experience maintaining social media platforms. Previous experience in automotive sales or the commercial truck industry is a plus. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Proficient in graphic design, photography, and video production. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator). Proficient in WordPress and HTML. Knowledgeable and experienced on a CRM platform; Salesforce a plus. PHYSICAL & MENTAL ENVIRONMENT Willingness to learn. Organized, detail oriented, and able to follow up. Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multitasking projects and deadlines. Capability to prioritize and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Understanding of marketing principles. WORKING ENVIRONMENT Majority of employment will be spent sitting at a computer station in an office environment. Frequent visits to the plant floor and occasional visits to conventions are expected. Minimal travel may be required.
