Columbus Springs Dublin, an inpatient behavioral health hospital in Dublin, Ohio, seeks a Financial Counselor to support patients and families navigating the cost of mental health and addiction treatment. In this on-site role, you will verify insurance, estimate out-of-pocket costs, explain benefits, and set up payment plans with empathy and clarity. You will collaborate closely with admissions, clinical, and billing teams to remove financial barriers to care, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold regulatory and hospital policies.
