Fluent in Mandarin and English, the full-time International Logistics Coordinator will manage international logistics activities, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, coordinating temperature-controlled biological shipments, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Provide trade compliance support and guidance, including export documentation and customs requirements Manage temperature-controlled shipments, ensuring adherence to domestic and international regulations Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate efficient customs clearance and resolve shipping issues Required Qualifications Fluent in Mandarin and English 3+ years of experience in international logistics, export operations, or trade compliance Knowledge of import/export regulations and shipping documentation Experience with temperature-controlled shipments and related regulatory requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with Salesforce
