Associate Dentist We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. You will work with a supportive team that values teamwork and truly cares about patients. Practice Highlights DentaPro software Digital X‑ray and Panorex units Fiber‑optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training Team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider Patient base: primarily ages 3‑21 with up to 30% adult population (location dependent) Office flow: average 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day State insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix Roles and Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental services to patients with the support of a multidisciplinary team. Deliver care to a patient base that is primarily children and teens, with a significant adult component. Participate in daily team huddles, case planning, and collaborative goal setting. Actively promote a positive image of the company within the community.
