Loan Processor

Providing quality customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Loan Processor will manage documentation for loan underwriting, communicate with customers and Loan Officers, and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations. Key responsibilities: Perform thorough reviews and analyses of borrowers' credit, employment, income, and assets prior to submission to underwriting Assemble complete loan packages and prepare files for underwriting review while ensuring compliance with mortgage-related regulations Communicate with third-party vendors and internal teams to obtain necessary documentation and clear outstanding items Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows Excellent math and analytical skills
