Senior Marketing Director

This organization operates hospitals, physician practices, ambulatory care centers, specialty treatment programs, and community health services, making this a highly visible role with significant business impact. What You'll Do Lead regional marketing strategy for hospitals, outpatient facilities, and priority service lines. Partner with executive leadership, hospital presidents, physicians, and service line leaders to identify business opportunities and address growth challenges. Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, market share, and brand awareness. Lead commercialization efforts for new healthcare services, programs, and specialty offerings. Translate business intelligence, competitive insights, and performance metrics into actionable marketing plans. Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team while aligning stakeholders around strategic initiatives. Present recommendations and business cases to senior executives and influential physician leaders. What We're Looking For 12-15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience. Healthcare provider experience strongly preferred. Candidates from pharmaceutical organizations with significant commercialization experience in oncology, transplant, orthopedic, or specialty-care products will also be considered. Proven ability to connect business objectives with marketing strategy and measurable results. Exceptional executive presence and confidence working with senior leadership. Strong relationship-building, influence, and stakeholder management skills. Experience navigating large, complex organizations and driving alignment across multiple teams. Why This Opportunity?
