What You’ll Do:

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front office experience. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
• Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
• Collecting patient information and updating records
• Verifying insurance and assisting with paperwork
• Supporting the front office and clinical teams with various administrative tasks

No prior dental experience is required—just a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $20.00 – $24.00 (based on experience)

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts, Monday – Friday
• 6-hour rotating Saturday shifts
