Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with 3PL employees and internal customers to address shipping discrepancy claims.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate between the shipping office and claims analyst team to support customer claims processes.
• Assist the Quality team in achieving quality targets and driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee the returnable container program administration.
• Participate in operational activities, which may include occasional lifting of up to 35 lb.
• Work in both office and warehouse environments, requiring walking and standing on the shop floor.

Requirements:

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in computer and data analysis skills.
• Experience with data entry, report generation, and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
