**Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant with SCP****Erlanger, KY****6+ months****DETAILS**This position focuses on the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning (SCP) solutions, specifically Supply Planning and Demand Planning. The consultant will work closely with clients to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions while adhering to industry's best practices.**TOP THREE SKILLS:**- **Knowledge of Manufacturing:** A deep understanding of manufacturing processes is essential.- **Oracle SCP Expertise:** Comprehensive understanding of Oracle SCP modules, capabilities, and functionalities.- **Planning Processes:** Strong experience with demand planning, supply planning, and related processes.**FULL SKILL LIST:**- **Must Have:** - **Oracle ERP SCM Expertise:** 10+ years of experience designing, configuring, and architecting Oracle ERP SCM solutions, with 2+ years specific to Oracle Cloud SCM consulting. - **Full Lifecycle Implementation:** Experience in at least 5 full life cycle Oracle SCM implementations, with a minimum of 2 using Oracle Cloud Supply & Demand Planning. - **Functional Proficiency:** Strong knowledge of master data setup, processes for executing supply planning, and functional aspects of Cloud Planning solutions (design, configuration, integration, and deployment). - **Problem Solving & Communication:** Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills (oral and written). - **Education:** BS degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - **Project Management:** Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.- Nice to Have: - Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Certified Implementation Professional. - Expertise in Oracle Order Management Cloud (specifically Global Order Promising Cloud).**RESPONSIBILITIES:**- **Design & Configuration:** Lead design and configuration for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning implementations, covering both Supply and Demand Planning.- **Integration Expertise:** Integrate Supply Planning and Demand Planning Cloud applications with other systems and business processes.- **Functional Specifications:** Develop and maintain functional and technical specifications for Cloud SCP applications (Supply Planning Cloud, Demand Planning Cloud).- **Consultative Client Interaction:** Communicate with clients in a consultative manner, anticipate challenges, and propose practical solutions that balance client satisfaction with feasibility and scalability.- **Reporting & Documentation:** Design and implement custom Oracle Cloud reports, and provide documentation for design, training, and application administration.- **Project Leadership:** Ensure solution integrity for large, complex solutions and guide other solution architects on technology and design decisions.- **Oracle Expertise:** Leverage expertise in Global Order Promising Cloud and Sales & Operations Cloud (preferred but not mandatory).- **Client Collaboration:** Engage with project team members and business users to ensure successful outcomes.
