Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, valid Occupational Therapy license for the state
• Previous experience in school settings or pediatrics is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate approach and the ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide education and resources to school staff and families to support student success
• Adapt therapeutic strategies to classroom and remote settings as needed
