Practice Details Specialty: Electrophysiology
Inpatient, Outpatient or both: Both
Target start date and Length of need: September - Ongoing
Locums Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (8 hour day with 1 hour lunch); 1 day in office, all other days in hospital/EP Lab
Call Schedule and Call Responsibilities: No call
Type of patients/cases/procedures required: a fib/flutter ablation, pacemakers, icds, SVT ablations, tilt tables, bi-v devices
Patients Per Day/Volume: Office: 19/day
Hospital: 8-10 per day
Available support staff & physician support: EP lab staff, MA and nurse in the office. APPs help with consults, admits discharges
Certifications required (Board Certification/Truly Board Eligible or life support, etc.): Board Certified - Cardiac Electrophysiology; ACLS, BLS, Active DEA
Hospital Privileging: 60-90 days
Miscellaneous Information: PA Child Abuse requirement for licenseBecome an ICON:
