US Environmental is a small family owned and operated company with 5 offices. We specialize in renting and selling environmental equipment including water sampling, air and dust monitoring, gas detection, soil analysis and survey. We are currently in search of a confident and motivated team player to work inour Customer Service Department.At US Environmental, our customer service team is what distinguishes us from the competition. We pride ourselves on being responsive and creative. CSR's must be friendly, diplomatic and organized. They are expected to work with our clients and other team members throughout our organization to ensure that orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner. A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn about our equipment including applications and specifications is a must for all Customer Service Representatives.Essential Responsibilities DescriptionFrequencyAnswer incoming calls and communicate with clients and associates regarding questions, orders and/or forwarding calls to the appropriate department.DailyInput and print new orders, make changes that may include include cancelations, additions, subtractions, transfers and stop rentals.DailyEnter orders into our operating software Alert IMS.DailyCommunicate any essential or vital information to our technical, sales, purchasing and delivery/shipping teams via appropriate communication protocols; including face-to-face discussions, inter-office phone calls, email or video conferencing.DailyFollow -up with clients to provide information or solicit needed documents, order confirmations, quotes or other essential information.DailyFacilitate inter-office transfer of equipment.DailyAssist inventory and accounting associates in making sure inventory transactions are being recorded accurately.Weekly / MonthlyPerform all reasonably assigned tasks.When requested Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities Customer Service experience Experience with and/or enthusiasm to learn about environmental technology and applications
