Compensation $18.00/hour Job Type Permanent Highlights You must be 18 years old You must be able to speak English A pre-employment criminal background check is required Description Shift: Monday through Sunday 12:00pm to 1:30pm Requirements This account is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that is used as a vacation rental. There is no set schedule, it's based on the month-to-month reservations that come in. Typical cleaning times are after 11am and sometimes done before 4pm if new customers are planning to check-in. This account can be any day of the week Sun-Sat depending on the need.Candidate must be detail oriented, duties include making beds, clean kitchen and appliances, sweep and mop floors, dusting, vacuuming, windows, tubs/showers cleaned and replenishing supplies in the bathrooms according to list created by customer. You must be 18 years old. For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. A pre-employment criminal background check is required. Able to lift up to 30lbs. Job Duties As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be: Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout. Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building. Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels) Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
