Nurse Practitioner | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Kokomo, IN Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Perform comprehensive one-time physical examinations and medical history reviews. Evaluate and diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Conduct METs testing and physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength. Complete detailed medical reports, opinions, and necessary addendums via a secure portal. Read and interpret diagnostics to support disability claim evaluations. Maintain a professional environment for Veterans to discuss their medical history and current symptoms. Qualifications & Credentialing Active and unrestricted full Nurse Practitioner license. Active AANP certification is required. Proficiency in METs testing and the evaluation/diagnosis of respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Must be willing to complete and become DMA certified (training provided; however, certification or portal training time is not reimbursed). Must own a laptop for administrative tasks (Mac/Apple products are not compatible with the required software). Submission of a current CV that includes the provider's home address. A Self-Query NPDB report pulled within the last 30 days is required. Providers using their own office must provide comprehensive facility photos including clinic signage, ADA-compliant parking/access, exam rooms with tables, and safety equipment (fire extinguishers/evacuation plans). ECFMG certificate required if medical education was completed outside of the United States. What We Offer Daily Rate: $1,200 flat rate for shifts of 5 hours or longer (includes exam time and administrative report completion). Half-day Rate: $600 flat rate for shifts of 4 hours or less (includes exam time and administrative report completion). Bonus: A one-time $650 bonus upon completion of all required training and performance of the first exams. Streamlined credentialing and onboarding process. Local candidates preferred; travel is included in the flat rates provided.
