Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking, prioritization, and communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Provide emergency nursing care following established clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care, transfers, and discharges.
• Perform patient and family education appropriate to individual needs.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
• Delegate patient care activities appropriately to ancillary staff.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Colorado RN License or Compact RN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• ACLS Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• PALS or ENPC Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
• TNCC Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
• STABLE Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
• NRP Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment requirements.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
• Two (2) years of hospital nursing experience.
• One (1) year of Emergency Department or Critical Care nursing experience.
