Senior Accounting Manager 0 3 days ago Job Details Experience: Director Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year About the Company A venture-backed company combining physical operations with a proprietary technology platform, operating across a multi-entity corporate structure with active subsidiaries. The company is scaling quickly and building out its finance function to keep pace. Key Responsibilities Own the month-end close process across parent and subsidiary entities, targeting completion within ten business days. Perform and review reconciliations in NetSuite, including cost of goods sold, debt schedules, fixed assets, and accounts payable/receivable. Maintain data integrity across the ERP environment. Manage relationships with external accounting contractors. Lead the migration of legacy financial records into current systems. Support external audit requests and produce segmented financial reporting by margin and deal-level metrics. Required Qualifications 6 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience. CPA license held currently or in the past. Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite and QuickBooks. Background in manufacturing and inventory accounting. Track record of independently owning a month-end close. Preferred Qualifications Direct involvement supporting external audits. Experience in a high-growth company or one that has gone through acquisitions. Familiarity with migrating data between multiple ERP systems.
