• Support the Director in implementing educational programs and activities.
• Supervise and mentor teaching staff to ensure high-quality care.

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child development.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management of the center.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a child care setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Passion for fostering a positive learning environment for children.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
