Overview IHOP is looking for a full-time Manager on Duty to lead the restaurant team and ensure smooth dining experiences. This role is central to restaurant operations and involves setting the team up for success through task assignment, scheduling, and training. Responsibilities Oversee the food service team to ensure meals meet standards and customers leave satisfied. Efficiently assign tasks, create schedules, and train employees on best practices. Maintain quality control on the back end, ensuring equipment works, portion sizes are appropriate, and food quality is high. Monitor cash receipts and sales reports, and address customer issues to resolve problems and improve service. About Us IHOP has a rich history dating back to 1958.
