As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN/LPN Unit Manager to join our team Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated RN/LPN Unit Manager to oversee our nursing unit during day shifts with an on-call rotation. The Unit Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
