Make an Impact! Leader, Coach, Mentor and Facilitator are the roles Clinical Nurse Educators fill while working collaboratively to ensure quality patient care. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you would be responsible for the orientation, training, and competency validation, and continuing education of clinical staff. You will find professional growth and satisfaction in shared decision-making initiatives at the clinical, departmental, and system levels. As the Clinical Nurse Educator, you will make an impact each day with program development and leading evidence-based practice initiatives.

Be one of the many MLH Educators, who pursue certifications or advanced nursing degrees (BSN, MSN, MBA, PhD, DNP) by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement Program! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status.

Get Involved! Become engaged by mentoring future nursing leaders, and collaborating with other team members by joining and/or leading hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees.

Position: Clinical Nurse Educator - System Education Shift: Full time, Monday-Friday Experience: 1. Three to Five years of recent acute care Clinical Nurse Education experience. Education: 1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. 2. At least one degree must be in nursing ( i.e. BSN or MSN ). 3. Master's degree is strongly preferred. Licensures/Certifications: 1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact. 2. Certification in Specialty is preferred. 3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
