Job Description

Hybrid | 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote | 9-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and retail positions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sourcing, interviewing, and building talent pipelines, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
Source active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, social media, and recruiting events
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers
Build and maintain talent pipelines and relationships with candidates and community organizations
Prepare job offers, coordinate background checks, and maintain recruiting activity in the ATS

Requirements:

5–7+ years of recruiting or sales experience
Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Corporate recruiting or financial services recruiting experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required
