Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and health progress.
Educate patients and their families on health management and post-hospitalization care.
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in nursing practices.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Previous nursing experience in a similar setting is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
