As a product team member, you will be responsible for creating the best seller experience that builds trust on the platform. You will work with multiple internal teams to create end-to-end solutions, driving performance metrics and key milestones. Responsibilities You will be responsible for achieving the vision of creating a trusted online shopping experience for customers and sellers while avoiding loss of money and reputation. In this role, you will lead the product strategy to create the necessary legal and reputation protection and the ability to build trust in the sales service. This will include not only looking at the overall picture of the trust and security environment across all markets, but also driving strategies for each pillar under trust & security – vendor approval, compliance, vendor compliance, IP risk and lifecycle risk. You will work with a variety of people on the vision across the business and operations to improve impact and coordination and ensure the delivery of timely identified initiatives and ongoing communication and updates. Manage and execute product roadmaps by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining delivery strategies, and managing new risks and opportunities. Define product vision and strategy, use domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identify market opportunities and develop business cases. Lead and deliver key functional projects that cross multiple teams within the organization. Build relationships with key partners by setting priorities and OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product priorities, and gaining management buy‑in. Qualifications Experience building products in the areas of risk management, trust and security, or compliance, especially in the world of e-commerce. Good understanding of competitive e-commerce risk management. Strong influencing skills, ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and gain buy‑in. Excellent communication skills. Capacity for action, enabling the team to deliver complex products on time. Strong collaboration with design, engineering, and other functions. Analytical mindset to solve the most important problems of customers and sellers. Growth mindset to expand reach and build a strong team of product managers. Passion for solving difficult problems.
